The IREB-recognized training providers have committed themselves to provide trainings that are suited to prepare the participants for the IREB certification examinations.

It is recommended for the Foundation Level training and the training sessions of single Advanced Level modules to have a minimum duration of three days.

The training providers give also candidates who have not taken part in the training the opportunity to take the exam offered right after a training session.

The book "Basiswissen Requirements Engineering" (German version) by Klaus Pohl and Chris Rupp is in line with the syllabus of Foundation Level and is recommended by the IREB for the elaboration of training materials.
